We are looking for Male candidates for the post of Back Office Executive (10) and Team Leader (2) role for a US based company located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Candidate must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Internet Researcher / Back office Executive Data Mining and Internet Research Email Sending Data Typing and Data Conversion work Basic computer operations Creation of Invoices and Bills Team Leader / Supervisor Should have minimum 5 years of experience as TL / Supervisor Should be capable of handling team of at least 20+ members Manages the functioning and day-to-day activities of groups. Establish precise targets and key performance indicators for the team. Should be good in handling attrition & shrinkage. Maintaining attendance and Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis. Motivate and train team on new and existing projects In charge of distributing the schedule to the members of the team. Report Making and others. Should have Experience in Email Marketing and Data Mining .
