Bachelor'sRole & responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination:Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.Site Assessment and Design:Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar installations.Collaborate with design teams to develop optimal solar system layouts.Installation Oversight:Support the on-site installation team to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.Conduct pre- and post-installation system checks to ensure proper functioningTest system performance using specialized tools and troubleshoot any issuesAssist in system activation and customer orientation.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and project updates.Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed.Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project status and milestones.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes will be a plus (not mandatory).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication (Marathi language is important) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to project sites within Maharashtra.Perks and benefits 1. This is a filed sales role. The salesperson is expected to spend 80-100% of the time in the field.Role & responsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our customer base.Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives. Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys to assess the feasibility of solar installations.Evaluate factors such as roof condition, shading, and energy consumption to provide accurate recommendations.Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and system capabilities. Customer Inquiry Handling: Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers regarding solar products, installation processes, and financing options. Address customer queries promptly and professionally, providing detailed and accurate information.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence.
