Roles Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings. Oversee day-to-day administrative duties, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and processing correspondence. Coordinate and support internal communication between departments. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other administrative activities. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
