Roles & Responsibilities: Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records. Manage administrative chores and organisational tasks. Managing the reception area, greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies. Preferred skills and qualifications: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
