Job Description Roles & Responsibility Attend the guests, manage calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining a good office environment. Manage the appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Oversee reception, meeting rooms, and general office organization. Monitor office supplies inventory and place timely orders. Provide general front-office support as needed. Maintain and organize systematic Excel files for operations. Update and track office expenses and records. Have new ideas to make the Office space a better place. Who are we looking for ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Amicable approachable interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
