Position: Front Desk Executive Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) About Prosper Overseas: Prosper Overseas is a leading global education consultancy committed to helping students pursue higher education abroad. We're looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for all visitors and inquiries, reflecting our brand’s professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist all walk-in clients, students, and visitors Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments Maintain visitor logs and track walk-ins daily Support counselors with administrative tasks as required Keep the reception area clean and professional Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up reminders Handle courier/dispatch records and other front-office documentation Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Polished, confident, and customer-service oriented Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage Language: English, Telugu, Hindi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Application Question(s): Have you gone through the Job Description?
