Key Responsibilities: Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records . Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks. Greeting and welcoming clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally. Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy. Ensure optimal daily hygiene of the office premises and work area. Manage service and maintenance regarding office repairs. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. Travel management Vendor management Ensure the office supplies are available in enough amounts needed for day-to-day consumption. Candidates Profile: Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities. Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service. a couple of years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles. Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability. Fluency in English is a must, as Hindi, and at least one other regional language Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
