Job Description

1.Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, class bookings, membership inquiries, and retail sales (tele calling) 2.Serve as a primary point of contact for members, resolving issues with professionalism and care. 3.Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and aligned with Ritz Fitness brand standards. 4.Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting. 5.Support membership growth by providing knowledgeable information and encouraging sign-ups, renewals, and referrals. 6.Collaborate with instructors and studio leadership to ensure class schedules and studio events run smoothly. 7.Handle administrative tasks, including staff timesheets, shift coverage, and basic reporting
