Job Title: Front Office & Customer Relations Executive Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferred) Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Front Office & Customer Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a pleasing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and customer-related tasks with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk. Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and effectively. Conduct tele-calling for customer follow-ups, feedback surveys, or promotional activities. Provide administrative and HR support as and when required. Maintain the front desk area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition. Requirements Fluency in Hindi and English (verbal and written communication). Well-groomed, presentable personality with a friendly and positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities. Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining professional decorum. Preferred Skills Prior experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles. Proficient in email handling, phone etiquette, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable with administrative documentation and support tasks.
