Role Overview- We are looking for a poised, articulate, and highly organized individual to manage our front desk operations seamlessly. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a welcoming presence to represent Hi Tours with elegance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Guest Management Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Handle phone calls and inquiries with confidence and provide accurate information. Maintain a polished and presentable reception area at all times. Administrative & Office Coordination Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs. Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing efficiently. Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations. Internal Communication & Coordination Act as a key liaison between departments for smooth information flow. Assist in coordinating travel bookings, client visits, and company meetings. Maintain records, databases, and reports with accuracy. Skills & Qualifications: 3-7 years of experience in front desk, admin, or office management roles. Exceptional communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Highly confident, well-groomed, and professional with a pleasant demeanor. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management tools . Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or corporate sector is an advantage.
