Position Overview - We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Receiptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a polished appearance, and a strong commitment to providing exemplary service. This role is integral to maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment. Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; provide basic information when needed. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies and stationery; monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Assist in managing relationships with service providers and vendors. Qualifications & Requirements- Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Immediate joiners will be given preference.
