Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative support as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Wadala, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with the salary ?
