Job Description

Baidyanath is looking for front line manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. you will lead and manage a team of employees to achieve operational goals, maintain quality standards, and enhance team performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact between upper management and front-line staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Provide clear leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Set expectations, monitor performance, and offer feedback. Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to established processes. Address and resolve operational issues as they arise. Goal Setting : Collaborate with upper management to establish departmental goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop strategies for achieving targets. Workforce Planning : Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members. Assign tasks, create work schedules, and manage staff availability. Training and Development : Provide training and development opportunities to team members, helping them acquire necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Performance Evaluation : Conduct regular performance evaluations and performance improvement discussions. Recognize and reward outstanding performance, and address performance issues effectively. Communication : Act as a bridge between upper management and front-line employees. Share company goals, policies, and procedures, and relay feedback and concerns from team members to the management team. Problem Solving : Address and resolve issues and conflicts within the team, seeking solutions that align with the organization's values and objectives. Quality Control : Ensure that work produced by the team meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations. Implement quality control measures and audits as necessary. Health and Safety : Promote and enforce a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices. Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data related to team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to enhance team efficiency. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (management, business, etc. ) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools. Preferred Qualifications : Leadership or management training and certification. Experience in the specific industry or field in which the team operates. Familiarity with performance management and employee development techniques. Knowledge of relevant software or systems specific to the industry.
