Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails and mail, and relay messages. Administrative Tasks: Manage appointments, reservations, and schedules; maintain files and records; and perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Office Operations: Ensure a clean and organized front office area; order supplies; and provide general support to other departments. Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to operational challenges. Collaboration: Work with other teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
