Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies. Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and building management. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
