About the Role: We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-organized Front Office Executive & Secretary to manage reception duties while also supporting senior management with secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced professional setting. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Duties: Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a professional and warm attitude Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and front-desk queries efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and reception area Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs Manage courier services and general correspondence Secretarial Duties: Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior executives Organize and maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting agendas Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and event arrangements Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Preferred Candidate Profile: Female candidates preferred for this client-facing role Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Highly presentable and professional in appearance and conduct Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
