Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and answer phone calls. Manage appointments, meetings, and office calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with office supplies and travel arrangements. Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.). Coordinate with different departments as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office. Experience in a front office or customer service role. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
