Job Title: Front Office Executive cum Admin (Female) Location: Menambedu - Ambattur (Chennai) Current Team Size: 4 Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Job Type: Full-time (Office-based, 9:00Am - 6:30 Pm) Salary: 10,000 (first 3 months probation) 18,000 (after 3 months probation) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and organized Female Front Office Executive cum Admin to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in managing front office duties, supporting day-to-day admin activities, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Handle front desk phone calls, emails, and messages. Assist the sales/service team with basic customer queries. Admin Support: Manage daily office operations and ensure cleanliness and orderliness. Maintain stock of office supplies and raise requisitions when needed. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required. Courier & Dispatch Handling: Track incoming and outgoing courier shipments. Record dispatch details such as invoice number, customer info, courier partner, etc. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Material Inward & Outward Recording: Log all incoming materials and equipment with proper documentation. Issue outgoing goods and service materials with approval. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or admin role. Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience in a small business setup or tech service industry. Willingness to learn and support other team functions when needed. Attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
