We are seeking a proactive and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage daily administrative tasks, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and has strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications Maintain front office cleanliness and manage supplies Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support Schedule meetings and manage appointments Assist in preparing documents and maintaining records Provide basic customer service support and direct queries appropriately Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience in handling client interactions and front desk operations Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
