Job Description

Graduate with 2-3 years experience, Knowledge of Hotel booking, Ticket booking, & Visa process. Handling foreign clients / guests.Should know epabx system/nec system. Computer literate, Experience: 2-3 years Age Preference: 21-26 years Joining Requirement: Immediate Job Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors and handling calls. Coordinate hotel bookings, ticket reservations, and visa processing. Assist in handling foreign clients and guests professionally. Operate and manage EPABX/NEC systems efficiently. Perform administrative tasks such as document drafting and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Strong computer literacy, including drafting skills and MS Office proficiency. Experience in handling travel arrangements (hotel/ticket booking, visa processing). Prior experience with EPABX/NEC systems. Well-groomed, professional, and customer-friendly demeanor.
