Role & responsibilities Job Description for Front End Executive cum Admin Executive β€’ Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy. β€’ Greeting and welcoming clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally. β€’ Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department. β€’ Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. β€’ Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. β€’ Flight, Train, Hotel Bookings β€’ Petty Cash management β€’ Office Stationary Management β€’ Pantry & Grocery Management β€’ Domestic & International courier management β€’ Xerox, Scanning & filing of relevant documents β€’ Inward Outward entries of Courier β€’ In & Out entry records of visitor β€’ Electricity, Water, Telephone, Broadband bill Passing β€’ Housekeeping management β€’ Hospitality management β€’ Assisting the HR Department in various operational tasks. β€’ Assisting in Office Engagement activity & Festival Celebration. Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years Relevant Experience Required Education Any Graduate/ PG Skill – Excellent English communication is Required. Gender – Female Remark – A decent, dynamic, soft-spoken, and good-looking personality Computer – Basic Computer & Excel formulas.
