Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring high levels of guest service Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Ensure accurate guest records and billing details in the system Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs Maintain and update guest reservations, ensuring optimal room availability and occupancy rates Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area Ensure proper implementation of hotel policies and procedures Handle cash, credit card, and other financial transactions in line with company policies Prepare and present reports on front office operations, guest feedback, and room occupancy Preferred candidate profile Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of front office software and hotel management systems High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Customer service-focused with a friendly and approachable attitude Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Gender: Male Age: Below 40 years Shift: Flexible shifts
