Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller. Handle complaints and specific customers requests & troubleshoot emergencies Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns. Ensure error free billing in OP/ missed bills etc. Maintaining all documents related to billing. Coordination between every departments in the hospital and ensure smooth OPD flow Ensuring excellent care and service to the patient Be well informed about hospital services / what is available or not available /taking care of over all patient coordination.
