Our goal is to be a complete site reliability engineering suite that helps teams build intelligence into their production operations and put in the processes in place that can help them deliver solid SLAs to their customers. We are looking for a React Native developer to help us craft a gorgeous user interface for our Android and iOS applications and ensure smooth and optimal performance of our apps. About You: You have atleast 3+ years experience in front-end development focusing on Javascript and Javascript frameworks You have worked on a production mobile app built on React Native for 2+ years, from development to releasing it to users. You have the knowledge of React Native along with extensive understanding of hooks, application life-cycle and code architecture. You have good understanding of RESTful APIs You can easily envision ways to delight your customers with animations, elegant flows, and clean user interfaces You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you can clearly articulate and cooperate with fellow team members You have passion to learn and implement new frameworks and libraries on the fly You understand technology and have a knack of finding creative solutions for complex problems You are a self-motivated individual who has a strong desire to build a long-lasting business You love working in a fast-paced environment and have overcome objections and rejections from leads on a consistent basis, and tackled opportunities with a competitive mindset You get brownie points for having: Experience in Design Systems like AntD Having an application already on the Google Playstore or Apple App Store Native Android / iOs experience Experience in a Native testing framework like Jest A Steam account with Discord Contributions to Open Source Software Perks and benefits: Competitive salary Flexible work hours Systems and accessories of your choice Company sponsored developer events and conferences Connections with industry experts and tech investors Comprehensive health insurance.
