Job Description

Responsible for creation and maintenance of new and existing applications written in React.js utilizing both CRA based as well as Next.JS based applications. Collaborate closely with the development and management teams to fully understand product and project requirements. Contribute actively to the design and implementation of ideas throughout the projects lifecycle. Take accountability for assigned work and on-time delivery throughout the entire projects duration. Able to accept and deliver on challenging development assignments of front-end solutions while seeking expert advice or consulting other sources as needed. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of practical work experience in a Front-End Web development role utilizing React.JS written in Javascript / Typescript. Experience using the Next.JS Framework. Experience leading and building production-ready responsive Web Applications from initial concept to completion that are designed for both desktop and mobile. Minimum of three years experience serving as a lead and/or mentor for a team of developers. Practical experience working with both Back-End and System Architecture teams to communicate, plan, and deploy complex solutions. Extensive In-depth knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS. 3 years of practical work experience in a Front-End Web development role utilizing React.JS written in Javascript / Typescript. Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, functional components, event handlers, etc. Experience implementing web applications with responsive design requirements and techniques. Experience working with front end component libraries such as MUI / Semantic, Formik, Redux. Understanding of RESTful API s / Websockets. Experience with Browser-Based debugging and performance testing. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work through existing code, understand, troubleshoot, and make changes. Experience with GIT and/or other version control systems. Desired skills UI/UX Design Experience Experience creating / utilizing NPM published packages. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest. Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms such as JWT / Oauth2.0.
