Job Description

The Frozen Chicken Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding the customer base for frozen chicken products. The role involves market research, lead generation, and ensuring consistent supply to distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new customers (wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, etc.). Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management for pricing and product strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support. Order Processing & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor stock levels and forecast demand. Promotion & Brand Awareness: Execute sales campaigns and promotional activities. Educate customers about product quality, storage, and usage. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales, customer data, and competitor pricing. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree (preferred). 2+ years of experience in frozen food, poultry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Knowledge of the local market and distribution channels. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software).
