We are looking for an accomplished and skilled Fullstack Tech Lead to become a part of our energetic team. Key Responsibilities Spearhead the creation of high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions for both front-end and back-end development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features effectively. Ensure the technical viability of UI/UX designs and enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and prioritization to development and successful delivery. Uphold high software quality standards by implementing best practices and fostering good habits within the development team. Identify and assess new technologies for potential implementation in projects. Diagnose and resolve technical and application-related issues efficiently. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, demonstrating a successful track record of project delivery. Strong expertise in front-end and back-end programming languages, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue for front-end, and Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails for back-end. Proficient in database management and security, with knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in leading development teams effectively. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations adeptly.
