Job Description: Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java and web technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. This role requires a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Software Requirements: Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Experience in React and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Overall Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to best practices in software development. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Technical Skills (Category-wise): Must-Have Skills: Java (Core and Advanced) Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) Version Control (Git) Good-to-Have Skills: Scala or Angular (willingness to learn is essential) Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Jenkins) Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience in Java development. Previous experience with Scala or Angular is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred. Day-to-Day Activities: Writing and reviewing code for Java applications. Collaborating with team members during daily stand-up meetings. Participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. Engaging in continuous learning and skill development, particularly in Scala or Angular. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in Java or software development methodologies are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
