Role Overview We're looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with strong Web3 experience to join our growing engineering team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Payram's core platform - working across both frontend and backend systems, while integrating blockchain technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive and scalable frontend applications (React, Next.js or similar). Build and maintain backend services (Node.js, Express, NestJS, etc.). Integrate smart contracts and Web3 APIs (Ethers.js, Web3.js, WalletConnect, etc.). Work with Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains (e.g., Polygon, Arbitrum). Collaborate with smart contract developers and designers to ship end-to-end features. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Implement secure authentication, wallet integrations, and transaction flows. Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of fullstack development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js). Proficient in building RESTful APIs or GraphQL backends. Familiarity with smart contract integration and tools like Ethers.js/Web3.js. Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokens, wallets, and gas mechanics. Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience deploying smart contracts (Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry). Familiarity with DeFi protocols, zk-rollups, or Layer 2s. Knowledge of microservices or serverless architectures. Previous experience in a fintech or Web3 startup. Passion for open-source and decentralized technologies.
