What You ll Do Build, test, and deliver new features across the Konnectify platform, both frontend and backend Take ownership of modules and deliverables, working independently and with the team Develop user interfaces with ReactJS and Next.js for a seamless user experience Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to turn ideas into real products Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices across the stack Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues, ensuring high performance and scalability Participate in code reviews, suggest improvements, and help shape technical decisions Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years experience in full stack development, or relevant internship/product development experience Hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS Proven ability to handle both frontend and backend tasks Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) Comfortable working with Git and modern version control workflows Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently Clear communicator who s proactive about updates, blockers, and feedback. Nice-to-Have Exposure to cloud platforms (Preferrably GCP) Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools Experience with SaaS, integration platforms, or workflow automation Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright.)
