Our wealth of therapeutic area experience cuts across Oncology, Immuno- science, CNS, CV-Met, and Rare Diseases. We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems. We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and a solid foundation in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, an eye for clean code, and a strong understanding of software development best practices. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and backend technologies. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to implement functional and engaging user interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Develop RESTful APIs and work with databases (SQL/NoSQL). Perform unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Preferred candidate profile Technical Skills Required Frontend Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API) Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Babel Familiarity with UI frameworks/libraries such as Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, etc. Backend Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Knowledge of API design (RESTful services, GraphQL is a plus) Understanding of authentication/authorization using JWT, OAuth, etc. DevOps & Tools (Bonus) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Docker, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in full stack development. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building quality software. Nice to Have Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior experience in a startup or product-based company.
