Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & Technical Lead to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded individual capable of leading full-cycle development projects, from planning and architecture to implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate is proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, has experience with API integrations, and understands scalable infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Ensure clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best development practices. Work on UI/UX improvements and optimize web interfaces for responsiveness and performance. Backend & API Development: Develop, integrate, and manage APIs to enable seamless platform interactions. Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to optimize queries and data handling. Ensure backend security, authentication, and performance optimization. WordPress & LMS Customization (If applicable): Customize and extend functionalities of WordPress-based platforms, including plugin development. Manage LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and integrate AI-based assessments. AI & Automation (Optional but Preferred): Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, GPT) for content automation, intelligent assessments, and chatbot functionalities. Work on AI-driven recommendation engines and personalization algorithms. Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud-based services (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, etc.). Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and updates. Optimize caching and security solutions for high-traffic applications. Security & Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for application security (SSL, authentication, firewalls, and data encryption). Monitor and optimize application performance, including database queries and server load balancing. Project Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the development team and oversee technical decisions for project success. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Ruby for backend development. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular . Strong understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience in WordPress development (theme and plugin customization, API integration) is a plus. Familiarity with AI integration (GPT, NLP, machine learning APIs) is a plus. Proficiency in cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean) and DevOps tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a team of developers and working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong knowledge of security best practices in web and mobile applications. Experience working with API integrations for payments, geolocation, and automation tools.
