Full-Stack Engineer (React + Python) AI Image Editing SaaS

Job Description

Were building a next-gen AI-powered self-service image editing platform for eCommerce brands and product photographers. The platform allows users to upload product images and generate or edit lifestyle visuals using advanced AI tools all within a clean and intuitive web interface. We have an R&D engineer handling AI pipelines (Stable Diffusion, BLIP, background removal, etc.). We re now looking for a full-stack engineer to build the core product: frontend, backend integration, and orchestration across microservices. 5+ years of relevant experience would be a preference. Responsibilities Develop a responsive frontend with professional-grade image editing tools (resize, relight, erase, replace, etc.) Build a Python-based backend (FastAPI or Django) with modular microservices Orchestrate image processing workflows using internal AI APIs provided by our R&D team Implement user authentication, file storage, batch tools, and subscription flows Use Kubernetes for container orchestration on our in-house infrastructure Handle image job processing with Celery + Redis Required Skills Frontend: React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSS, image manipulation libraries (Fabric.js, Konva.js, or Canvas API) Backend: FastAPI / Django, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Redis, Celery DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes (on bare metal or custom infra), GitHub Actions Architecture: Experience with scalable microservice systems Experience building SaaS products with user flows, media handling, and billing
