Position Overview: We are looking for skilled Senior Full Stack PHP Developers proficient in Core PHP, JavaScript, and/or Laravel to join our Enterprise Software Product Engineering team . As a key team member , you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our Web/Cloud-based application software products , which cater to domains such as CRM, ERP, Workflow Automation, Financial Accounting, and E-Commerce . Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade web applications using Core PHP and Laravel . Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize existing software to improve performance and stability . Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to create innovative features. Ensure seamless integration of software products with external systems, working with client teams when necessary. Provide mentorship to junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning. Desired Applicant Profile: Graduate degree in Science/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a Diploma in Software Development/IT . Honours degree holders in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Electronics may also apply (with or without experience). Key Skills: Strong expertise in Core PHP (Laravel framework preferred). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in server-side scripting with Core PHP and/or Laravel . Experience in developing web-based applications and database-driven E-commerce platforms . Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, jQuery, AJAX , and responsive front-end frameworks like Bootstrap. Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries with multiple tables and joins. Adherence to coding standards and ability to write clear documentation. Understanding of application security principles and best practices. Exposure to software design specifications/documentation (preferred). Passion for learning and growing in the software development field . Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with AngularJS, Vue.js, React.js, or Node.js is a plus but not mandatory.
