The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with excellent communication skills to effectively teach and mentor students. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering full-stack Python development, including both front-end and back-end technologies. Develop course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessment tools. Conduct hands-on coding sessions and workshops to enhance practical learning. Provide mentorship and support to students, addressing individual learning needs. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure course content remains relevant. Collaborate with other instructors and departments to enhance the training curriculum. Facilitate online and in-person training sessions, adapting to various learning styles. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python and popular frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular). Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Previous teaching or training experience in a technical environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
