Role & responsibilities :- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop and deploy scalable applications leveraging React, Node.js, Python, Java or comparable frameworks. Technology Architecture: Architect secure high-performance, and scalable system infrastructures. Cloud & DevOps: Oversee AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. Data & API Management: Manage and integrate SQL & NoSQL databases, microservices architectures and APIs. Security & Compliance: Enforce robust security measures, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks. Leadership & Growth Responsibilities Team Building: Responsible for building a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor and lead a high-caliber engineering team poised for rapid growth engaging them in the continuous development and enhancement of software solutions. Technology Vision: Craft and execute strategic technology roadmap aligned with broader business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate actively with product, business, and executive teams to deliver transformative fintech solutions. Future CIO Role: Spearhead initiatives in IT policy formulation, implementation of emerging technologies (AI, ML, automation), and overall digital transformation. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of robust experience in full-stack software engineering. Expertise in React Node.js, Python, Java, or similar modern development frameworks. Strong proficiency in microservices, API development, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven track record in DevOps, CI/CD, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL technologies. Familiarity with cybersecurity, fintech compliance, and regulatory standards (preferred).
