About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company, seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our web portal. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, enabling them to independently manage the entire development process from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy a scalable web portal or website with a strong focus on performance, security, and user experience. Should have a strong understanding of UI and UX principles to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative delivery and product refinement. Create and maintain robust, clean, and well-documented code. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, test plans, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders. Manage the full lifecycle of the project from concept through to deployment and support, ensuring the portal is updated regularly. Implement responsive design techniques to ensure seamless operation across devices. Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Required Skills & Technologies: Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI. Knowledge of WebSockets, AJAX, and asynchronous request handling. Backend Technologies: Experience in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot) for server-side development. Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Hands-on experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms(OAuth, JWT, etc.). DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms for deployment and scaling. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), and DevOps practices. Version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab. Project Management: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other departments to define project scope, requirements, and timelines. Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of software projects. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and drive innovation within the team. Other Skills: Familiarity with website optimization techniques for SEO and performance (Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights). Experience with recruitment platforms, job boards, or career-related tools. Prior experience delivering job platforms, career tools, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms with user-matching or recommendation features. Familiarity with scalable architecture practices such as microservices, API gateways, modular frontends, and event-driven systems. Familiarity with AI-based matching or personalization engines Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in tech systems Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with full stack development technologies and tools (e.g., React, Node.js, APIs, databases, cloud environments). Knowledge of Headless CMS platforms such as Strapi or Contentful. Understanding of microservices, modular architecture, and scalable cloud environments. Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative delivery and product refinement. Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP, SSL, data encryption). Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work independently. Experience with AI/ML use cases in matching, search ranking, or behavior-based personalization is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience managing full product lifecycle for large-scale, consumer-facing web or platform applications. Experience launching scalable web or mobile platforms from 0 to 1. Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development. Exposure to microservices architecture, serverless deployments, or API-first design. Strong exposure to B2C platforms, marketplaces, or digital services.
