Role & responsibilities To provide expert patient care. Including diagnosis, treatment, and procedures, while collaborating with staff. They also have to contribute administratively through policy development, quality improvement, and resource management. Furthermore, they shall play a vital role in education by training junior staff and conducting research, and ensure accurate patient record maintenance. Preferred candidate profile Preferred Qualifications: Education: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialization. Fellowship or superspecialty certification (if applicable) is a plus. Valid MCI/State Medical Council registration . Experience: 05-07 years of clinical experience in the respective specialty. Proven expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical procedures . Experience in handling critical/emergency cases . Core Competencies: Clinical Expertise: Strong proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex medical conditions . Skilled in performing minor and major surgeries (where applicable). Ability to interpret and analyze diagnostic tests and reports . Patient-Centric Care: Excellent bedside manner and empathy . Ability to counsel patients and families with clarity and compassion . Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with modern medical equipment and technology . Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate record-keeping. Behavioral Competencies: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on-call duties . Flexible and adaptable to hospital requirements .
