Warehouse Operations:Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols. Ensure adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Return Management:Process returns and exchanges efficiently. Facilitate the return of damaged products to vendors. Work with the purchasing department to update and negotiate vendor contracts. Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with other departments, including customer service and sales. Troubleshoot order issues with suppliers. Provide regular updates on warehouse operations and inventory levels.
