Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development using Node.js and proficiency in frontend development using various technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and usability. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Node.js with Express.js Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using a variety of frontend technologies Good knowledge of High Level System Design & Low Level System Design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement security and data protection measures Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2.5 - 4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Express.js & Typescript Experience with frontend development using various technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.) Work with Microservice & Event driven architecture, scale system using RabitMQ/ Kafka/ Bull MQ. & Redis. Architect, Design and implement GraphQL APIs ensuring performance, scalability & Security. Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services Knowledge of containerization technology such as Docker & Kubernetes Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence Gitlab & Bitbucket. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Lead the architecture and development of scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end applications. Drive the adoption of modern front-end frameworks and technologies, ensuring best practices in React.js and Next.js. Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) to ensure high performance and superior user experience. Collaborate with designers and UX teams to implement seamless, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with SOLID Principle & agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Integrate third-party headless CMS (Contentful) and personalization engines (Algolia, Cloudinary, Talon.One and Segment).
