Client Communication & Requirement Gathering – Understand client needs, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless project execution. Architect and Develop Scalable Solutions – Design high-quality, maintainable, and scalable applications using modern tech stacks. Implement and Enforce Git Best Practices – Define workflows, branching strategies, and ensure smooth code collaboration. Ensure Agile Development Process – Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodologies. Optimize Code Quality and Security – Implement coding standards, security measures, and performance optimizations. Oversee Deployment & DevOps Practices – Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability. Stakeholder Coordination – Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical goals with business needs. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ Years of Full Stack Development Experience – Strong expertise in Node.js, Vue.js/React, and modern development frameworks and still doing more than 50% of coding. Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills – Experience leading a team, conducting code reviews, and guiding developers. Excellent Communication & Client Handling – Ability to translate technical details into business language and vice versa. Deep Understanding of Agile & Scrum – Hands-on experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Expertise in Git Best Practices – Well-versed in branching strategies, pull request workflows, and version control policies. Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to analyze complex issues, find solutions, and make quick decisions. Cloud & DevOps Knowledge – Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Ready to work in US shift if needed
