Role & responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI/REST API) and React.js/Vue.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code with a strong focus on performance. Create interactive user interfaces (UI/UX) using React.js, Vue.js, and related technologies. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB for efficient data management. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and session-based authentication. Integrate third-party services, cloud platforms, and APIs as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python, React.js, Vue.js, and software development. Lead and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development with Python, React.js, and Vue.js. Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, Hooks, and modern frontend libraries. Expertise in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. Understanding of testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, Selenium) for backend and frontend testing. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write optimized, scalable code. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an agile environment. Familiarity with WebSockets, GraphQL, and real-time data processing is a plus. Prior experience in team handling, mentorship, and guiding junior developers.
