Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) or SAP B1 and a proven track record of successful implementations. As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Roles and Responsibilities : Understanding business process & software which is going to be implemented Do the GAP (identify and resolve the gap) Analysis & documentation ERP Implementation and Support of modules across all departments Configuring Client Data into system as per client Requirement Training Clients with awareness on ERP System. Plan reporting and consolidation for group companies Master data verification, correction & validation Adjust business process where necessary to accommodate the ERP System Educate the users concerning best practices of working Data migration Testing of ERP Travel Onsite for Training and Implementation if required Post implementation support User Training /upgrades Communicate smartly with clients. Properly groomed at the time of client visit. Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelor and Master degree holders in commerce or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP System with at least 2 end to end implementation projects. Domain knowledge and functional experience in modules like Finance/Accounts, Procurement, Production etc. is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in industries like Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate preferred.
