Role & responsibilities Applications Support to be handled Masters Handling Solving bugs and issues in ERP Application ERP User access and Controls Training Users on ERP entries User Training on the application for new updates and developments Handling SCM module issues and updates in all the units. Inventory Management Discrete / Process Production Support & Maintenance Sales & Shipping Support & Maintenance Integration issues should be handled Testing and Implementing application developments and updates Work flow should be defined and follow up in ERP Working on Report Developments if any new reports required Preferred candidate profile Experience in ERP application support and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, production, and sales modules. Hands-on experience in ERP user management, training, and workflow handling.
