Job Description

Key Responsibilities ERPNext Implementation & Management: - Own and manage the full ERPNext lifecycle (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, CRM, Ticketing, and Custom Modules) - Ensure all workflows and customizations align with business processes - Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design - Guide data migration, UAT, and go-live IoT & MES Integration: - Align ERPNext with our IoT-tag data via BigQuery and Grafana/Tableau - Collaborate with SCADA and IoT teams to define data flows - Ensure real-time and historical production data is integrated into the MES layer and visible in ERPNext Project & Stakeholder Management: - Lead weekly sprint meetings with internal teams and freelancers - Create and maintain implementation roadmaps, priorities, and deliverables - Liaise with department heads (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure adoption Team Oversight & Upskilling: - Manage and mentor internal resources (Data Analyst, Data Management Executive) - Ensure thorough documentation, SOPs, and training across teams Dashboard & Analytics Integration: - Work with Tableau & Grafana teams to ensure proper reporting structures are in place - Help define KPI dashboards for CEO and department heads - Drive alignment of operational data with business goals Requirements Must-Have: - 3-6 years of experience in ERPNext functional consulting or implementation - Strong understanding of manufacturing operations - Experience working with cross-functional teams and freelancers - Excellent process mapping and documentation skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows Good to Have: - Exposure to IoT systems, MES, or SCADA - Familiarity with Google Workspace, AppScript, and basic SQL - Experience integrating ERP systems with Tableau, Grafana, or BigQuery - Agile or PMP project management certification
