Field Sales Executive Location: Delhi NCR Industry: Bespoke Furniture & Interior Design Job Description: We are looking for a *Field Sales Executive* to expand our network among *interior designers and architects* in Delhi NCR. The primary goal is to visit potential partners, introduce them to our bespoke furniture solutions, and invite them to our *Experience Center* in Gurgaon for a detailed discussion. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit *interior designers, architects, and industry professionals* to present furniture range. - Build and maintain strong relationships to generate leads and collaborations. - Persuade professionals to visit our *Experience Center* to explore our craftsmanship and discuss projects. - Provide product catalogs, brochures, and samples during visits. - Maintain records of visits, follow-ups, and potential leads. - Coordinate with the internal team for product details and client queries. Requirements: - Prior experience in *B2B sales, field sales, or business development*, preferably in furniture or interior-related industries. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Confident and persuasive in dealing with industry professionals. - Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. - Willing to travel across Delhi NCR. - *Own vehicle preferred* for travel convenience. Job Description: We are looking for a *Female Telesales Executive* to join our team and help convert leads into showroom visits. The primary responsibility is to call potential customers from leads generated through ads and other sources, introduce them to our premium furniture and interior design solutions, and encourage them to visit our showroom for a firsthand experience. Key Responsibilities:- Call and follow up with potential clients from various lead sources. - Introduce Maderas bespoke furniture and interior solutions, highlighting key features and benefits. - Persuade and invite customers to visit our showroom to explore designs and discuss their requirements. - Maintain and update lead data, tracking responses and follow-ups. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions. - Handle basic inquiries and schedule showroom appointments. Requirements: - Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. - Strong communication skills in Hindi & English. - Persuasive and confident while talking to potential clients. - Ability to handle and maintain lead data systematically. - Basic knowledge of furniture or interiors would be a plus. - Female candidates preferred.
