Role & responsibilities A monthly preventive maintenance (PM) schedule must be prepared and issued to both IMD (Injection Moulding Department) and TRD (Tool room Division) for the following machines and accessories: Injection Moulding Machines (IMM), VMC Milling Machines, Wire Cutting Machines (Wire EDM), EDM Machines, Grinding Machines, Cranes, Chillers, Colling Towers, MTC, Stackers. Robots.Preventive maintenance must be carried out regularly and without fail according to the scheduled plan for all listed machines and accessories in both IMD and TRD departments.After the completion of each preventive maintenance task, the following documentation must be completed: i) Daily Log: Record details of the maintenance performed on each machine. ii) History Card: Update the history cards for machines, detailing the maintenance performed and any issues encountered.
