GalaxEyeSpace, is a deep-tech Space start-up spun off from IIT-Madras and is currentlybased in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are dedicated to advancing the frontiers ofspace exploration. RESPONSIBILITIES You will assume engineering accountability for modeling and simulation of UAV Trajectories. Generate and refine the subsystem models of a UAV from experimental data. Design navigation filters to optimally estimate UAV States. Integrate navigation systems with radars and/or augment them with other sensors. Communicate with Partners for Procurements/Scouting involved. Develop test plans for Hardware In Loop testing and characterisation and determine techniques and infrastructure required to accomplish test objectives Shall coordinate with engineers and Consultants at GalaxEye to assist with the development of manufacturing, assembly, Integration and Testing Installation, alignment, and integration of Sensors and Actuators based on optimisation from Placement Analysis of various components. Requirements Research aptitude and optimisation skills are musts. Good knowledge of dynamics and estimation theory is a must. Good communications skills, the ability to read, interpret and represent data, information and documents are a must. Knowledge of Embedded systems and Embedded level Programming is preferred Knowledge of programming languages like MATLAB/OCTAVE, Python, C++ etc. Knowledge of simulation tools like gazebo, Simulink.
