We're on the lookout for a creative and experienced Game Designer (2D/3D) to join our growing team at Vision11 – one of India's emerging gaming platforms. Key Responsibilities: ➡ Design and document game mechanics, level layouts, characters, and UI/UX for 2D and 3D games ➡ Collaborate closely with artists, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life ➡ Balance gameplay elements, in-game economy, and progression for enhanced player experience ➡ Coordinate with animation teams on character movement, behavior, and environmental interactions ➡Analyze internal QA feedback, user testing, and live analytics to iterate and improve designs ➡Stay updated with industry trends and implement cutting-edge design practices Required Skills & Qualifications: ➡3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in game design (2D/3D) ➡Strong grasp of game mechanics, player behavior, and interactive design principles ➡Proficiency in tools like Unity3D, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Corona, MODO ➡Skilled in level design, game balancing, UI/UX, and storytelling ➡ Exceptional visual thinking and creativity ➡Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities ➡Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field Job Type: Permanent Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
