To ensure project execution is done by drawings, construction standards, and specifications, including reviewing plans and giving technical advice on corrective action Should have practical work experience in RCC, Chantar, Masonry, and Plaster of residential building construction To maintain proper housekeeping To maintain and follow a checklist of execution, quality registers, and safety documents Daily maintenance of shuttering material and proper stacking of the same To maintain appropriate conduct with the team, labor agencies, clients, and consultants Before execution of any activity to ensure machinery and material availability on site Distribution and supervision of labor for construction activities Checking of concrete, steel, masonry and plaster activities on daily bases Responsible for curing and maintaining casting dates with the help of all stakeholders To ensure the safety related instructions to worker Daily labor planning To maintain shuttering material, drawing register, and related documents Follow micro planning given by the project manager Sorting utilization of waste steel available on site Co-ordinate and interact with other engineers and supervisors and follow up specific instructions given by the Project manager. Preferred candidate profile: The candidate who has contractor firm work experience Prior Building construction experience is mandatory.

Experience in sales and marketing of Ready mixed concrete or Building material product. Manage client base through Excellent follow-up on leads for Existing and new clients. Working actively on the scheduled appointment with, builders, architectures, and contractors. Customer visits, meeting, negotiations, closing deals. Preparing quotation, submitting to customers and follow-up Maintaining customer database record Ensure current client retention and repeat business from existing client. Work with collection team for collection of payment, follow-up Assist the Plant Head / General Manager for deciding pricing strategy, new project finalization Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Convert potential clients by continuous follow up and gaining trust. Must understand explain technicality of product. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to improve upon if required.
